Maintenance Technician

Location

Kentucky Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Northern Kentucky) Erlanger, KY

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on‑call rotation

Competitive Pay

$22 to $26 hourly (based on experience and qualifications)

Make an Impact

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep communities safe, functional, and well‑maintained.

  • Perform general maintenance and respond to service requests across HOA/COA communities
  • Complete work involving carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and minor construction
  • Repair gutters, downspouts, doors, gates, and wood trim
  • Work on ladders for roofs, siding, and exterior maintenance
  • Provide excellent service to homeowners and Boards
  • Manage priorities, handle on‑call emergencies, and work independently
Bring Your Skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to multitask
  • Willingness to learn — we are willing to train the right candidate and provide the support needed to succeed in this role
  • Comfortable working on ladders and exterior projects
  • Basic hand tools required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Willful to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
