Lead and guide service technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment;
Design and implement solutions for complex mechanical, electrical, and controls-related problems affecting material handling and automation systems;
Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance procedures on material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and related components;
Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on material handling equipment, including MHE, sorters, conveyors, robotics, and associated electrical and mechanical systems;
Mentor and train junior technicians, providing technical guidance and coaching to build team capability and ensure consistent maintenance practices
