Lead and guide service technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of automated packaging equipment;
Design solutions for mechanical, electrical, and controls problems in material handling and automation;
Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on MHE, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics;
Troubleshoot robotics and electrical/mechanical systems including Fanuc robots;
Mentor junior technicians and ensure safe maintenance practices
