* Position Summary:

* OFAC Agent- is responsible for obtaining required clearance and screening of OFAC origin/destination shipments.
*
* Duties and Responsibilities:
*
* + Process inbound and outbound freight shipments to ensure timely clearance through U.S. Customs.
+ Review and process shipments efficiently while maintaining compliance with all applicable government agency regulations and requirements.
+ Screen, verify, and accurately enter data for all OFAC-regulated shipments.
+ Communicate shipment status updates and delays with DHL origin and destination stations to ensure operational visibility and coordination.
+ Examine invoices, shipment contents, and shipping documentation to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations.

* Qualifications:

* Education:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
· Strong understanding of operations and customs processes.
Skills:
+
· Proficient in computer operations and data entry systems.
+
· Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
+
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
+
· Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
+
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
+
· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, and climbing stairs/ladders.
+
· Flexibility to work PM shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
+
· Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
