Delivery Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part‑Time Delivery Professional to join our team at our Erlanger, KY Service Center.

Matthews International is a worldwide leader in casket manufacturing, providing high‑quality wood, metal and cremation caskets to funeral home customers. This position will be responsible for delivering new caskets to funeral homes in the surrounding area using company box trucks and vans.

Pay Rate: $21 per hour.
Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (occasionally). Opportunities to pick up additional days when available.
Work Shift: First shift hours;
Delivery Professionals are home by early afternoon.
Weekly

Hours:

25‑29 hours per week.

• Delivery of new caskets to funeral homes in the surrounding area using company box trucks and vans.
• Assist with warehouse operations as required, including prepping, loading and unloading caskets, inventory management, and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Service customers with a friendly and welcoming smile.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Independence: Manage your daily tasks autonomously while being part of a motivated team.

Work Environment: Work in a relaxed, friendly setting with a small team.

Work‑Life Balance: Local deliveries allow early afternoon returns for quality family time.

Physical Activity: Stay active and engaged on the job.

• Previous delivery driver experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Pass a DOT Physical and MVR check.
• Maintain a safe driving record.

• Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands; reach with arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, hear and see.
• Regularly lift or move up to 50+ pounds.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• The noise level may be high.
