- Provide a safe and timely shuttle service to guests, transporting them to airports, attractions, business centers, or other designated locations.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
- Greet guests warmly, provide information about the local area, and answer questions about hotel services and amenities.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or special requests during transit.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure it is clean, well‑maintained, and in good working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues or damage promptly and schedule regular maintenance or repairs.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and any required certifications (e.g., commercial driving license, if applicable).
- Log trip details, including mileage, destinations, and passenger counts.
- Keep records of maintenance schedules and fuel expenses if required.
- Communicate with the front desk to coordinate shuttle schedules and guest pickups.
- Adapt to changes in guest schedules or special transportation requests.
- Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, organized, and stocked with any amenities.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a friendly, welcoming experience for guests.
- Be prepared to handle emergencies or unexpected situations, such as accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or medical incidents, calmly and professionally.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the hotel’s services and offerings during interactions with guests.
- Provide local insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure timely pick‑ups and drop‑offs according to the schedule, avoiding unnecessary delays.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle
- No recent traffic violations, accidents, or driving‑related criminal offenses
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly
