Supervise daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure the safe and successful completion of daily warehouse activities.;
Oversee and delegate training of warehouse personnel; verify applicable warehouse processes are followed.;
Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for hourly teammates; document and deliver performance management discussions.;
Communicate with other departments and internal/external stakeholders as it relates to identified process improvements, quality, Out-of-Stocks, Late Loads, etc.;
