United Dairy Farmer’s (UDF) is located in Erlanger, Kentucky. UDF serves many local and national companies with cold storage needs and distribution. Current and past clients include Koch Foods, Dean Foods, Graeter’s, Wild Flavors and Kroger. Products stored include ice cream, frozen meats, ingredients, flavoring, and more.

Starting Pay: $18/hour with a $0.50/hour shift differential for hours 6 pm–6 am and a $2.00/hour shift differential for Sunday.

Full‑time role with a variety of shifts available (2nd and 3rd). Breaks/lunch – two 30‑minute breaks per shift.

The campus is located at 2825 Crescent Springs Pike and houses three main buildings. The UDF campus includes free parking, a break room, and easy access to I‑71/75 and I‑275, with a pickup point two miles from the nearest tank stop.

• Retrieve orders according to quantity and size, ensuring accuracy.
• Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks.
• Operate an end rider pallet jack in and around the warehouse.
• Wrap orders before loading onto trucks.
• Ensure that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.

• Great attention to detail.
• Diligent and punctual.
• Good physical strength and stamina.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• 1–2 years of previous order picking/selection experience preferred.

As a cold storage facility, many picking areas are in sub‑zero or near sub‑zero temperatures. UDF supplies coats, gloves, and other equipment such as freezer boots for workers in these environments.
