Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
Starting Pay: $19.00 / hour (Top pay up to $27.05 / hour)
Position OverviewUnited Dairy Farmers is hiring a dependable Order Selector to join our warehouse team in Erlanger, KY. In this role, you will accurately pick and pack inventory to ensure our stores stay fully stocked with our famous ice cream and dairy products.
This position operates entirely within a frozen warehouse environment

Schedule:
Work 4 days a week and get Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday off. - Premium Gear Provided:
We supply all required specialized freezer gear (coat, gloves, hat, and insulated boots) to keep you safe and comfortable. - Competitive Pay:
Start at $19.00/hr with a clear path to a top rate of $27.05/hr. - Overtime:
Time-and-a-half ($28.50+/hr) for any hours worked over 40. - Full Benefits:

- Select warehouse orders accurately using picking sheets.
- Build, stack, and shrink-wrap stable pallets for safe transport.
- Fill ice cream carts to maximize space.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely after training.
- Work efficiently inside the frozen storage area for the duration of the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Ability to work consistently in a sub-zero, frozen environment.
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and stack heavy boxes throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate store orders.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for the 2:00 PM shift.
- Prior warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required.
