Location: Erlanger, KY
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Rotating Schedule | 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM
- First Week | Monday + Thursday + Friday
- Second Week | Tuesday + Wednesday + Saturday + Sunday
- Repeats every two weeks

Education Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred but not required
- Experience performing quality inspections and packaging tasks is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn machine and mold operation processes
- Ability to follow production standards and safety guidelines
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods during a 12-hour shift
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Capable of lifting, moving, and packaging products as needed
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with production equipment
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications
- Package finished plastic cutlery products according to established standards
- Assist with mold setup and machine operation activities
- Monitor production processes and report any quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals

As a Warehouse Packer you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery.
