Als recruiter bij Technical Valley begeleid je kandidaten van eerste contact tot en met plaatsing. Jij zorgt dat zij zich gezien, gehoord en geholpen voelen.
- Zij-instromers, doorstromers en ervaren technici werven voor onze trajecten en vacatures
- Kandidaten enthousiasmeren over de kansen om gratis en volledig betaald een mbo-diploma te halen via onze ontwikkeltrajecten
- Intakes voeren waarin je motivatie, talenten en ambities goed in kaart brengt
- Beoordelen of en waar een kandidaat past binnen onze trajecten en vacatures
- Talentpools opbouwen en onderhouden, zodat je altijd een warme vijver met kandidaten hebt
- Actief sourcen via onder andere Linked In, Robin en eigen netwerken
- Samenwerken in projectteams, je stemt strategie en werk af met collega recruiters en marketeers en stemt kansen voor je kandidaten af met onze eigen bedrijfsschool
- Meedenken over hoe we onze candidate journey continu kunnen verbeteren
