What We’re Looking ForSales Representative / Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless business operations.
- Identify new sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and equipment at optimal cost and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing with production needs.
- Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, purchasing budgets, and supplier evaluations.
- Preferred previous work-related skills, knowledge or experience.
- Microsoft Office experience recommended, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Computer skills.
- Prefer a High School diploma.
- Compensation depends on experience with clear opportunities for growth over time.
- Eleven paid holidays New Year, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving Day and Christmas (week) holiday (5 days).
- Health Insurance is offered on start date.
- $10,000 Life Insurance policy.
- Earned Sick Time accruing 40 hours per year.
- One week of vacation is earned with vacation time increasing every three years.
- Payroll deductions/cafeteria plan available for AFLAC at employee expense.
- Payroll is direct deposited on Friday following the week worked.
