Founder’s Associate — AI & Business Operations

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly capable and resourceful person to work directly with the owners of several businesses spanning AI/software, construction technology, real estate, vacation rentals, self-storage, and new ventures. This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. You’ll help identify problems, research solutions, coordinate projects, and use modern AI technology to turn ideas and objectives into completed results.

• Research business problems and recommend solutions
• Use AI extensively for research, analysis, and execution
• Help develop and manage AI-powered workflows and agents
• Turn ideas into actionable project plans
• Coordinate projects through completion
• Research technologies, competitors, vendors, and opportunities
• Improve business processes and systems
• Communicate with employees, vendors, and outside partners
• Keep projects organized and moving forward

Advanced AI or AI-agent experience is a plus, but not required. We’re more interested in your ability to rapidly learn and apply new technology.

• $50,000–$65,000 base salary
• Potential $10,000–$20,000 annual performance bonus
• Paid time off
