As a Member Service Representative
, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members — the person who sets the tone, solves problems, and makes every interaction feel valued. This role blends member support, account assistance, inquiries regarding credit union products and services, and relationship‑building, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
