Smart Style Salon is a premier salon inside Walmart offering high-quality hair services. Our team of professional hairstylists delivers exceptional client experiences.

We provide an experience beyond a haircut, allowing you to lead and impact clientele through high-quality services and proprietary techniques.

You’ll provide exceptional leadership, guest service, understand guest needs, offer quality consultations, and perform requested services efficiently and professionally.

• A current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
• Desire to lead a salon.
• Tech savvy; capable of performing administrative tasks, including closing the system at the end of the day.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math.

• Good eyesight, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs.
• Tolerance for chemicals and fragrances used in treatments.

• 50% service commissions from Day 1
• $40/hour + tips and all forms of compensation
