OSF Health Care is seeking a Home Care Aide to deliver in-home care to patients daily under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or PT/OT. You will travel to patient homes and provide personal care and emotional support aligned with each plan of treatment.
Requirements include a High School diploma, CNA-Certification, valid driver's license and reliable transportation, BLS certification, and solid computer skills. Prior phlebotomy experience is preferred.
