compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate

collaborative, team-based environment.

Position Highlights:

Full-time opportunities with
flexible scheduling
Six-hour facility shifts for
full-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
No call or overnight
responsibilities
Conduct daily rounds, manage
acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
Document efficiently using a
streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad
with LTE

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Board Certification (ANCC,
AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
Skilled nursing, long-term
care, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
