About the Role

This is a field-based position working with both home health and home hospice patients. You will manage your daily patient visits, provide skilled nursing care, and be supported by a collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
At least 1 year of RN experience
Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day (not shift work)
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
