Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

We are seeking a dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee resident care during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with all regulations and facility policies.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Supervising CNAs/STNAs and other direct care staff
• Planning, assigning, and directing work based on resident needs and staff capabilities
• Preparing work schedules, adjusting staffing levels, and managing staff replacements
• Conducting performance evaluations and resolving staff concerns
• Using independent judgment to ensure quality care and staff effectiveness

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state
• CPR certification (or within 90 days of employment)
• 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred
