As a key member of our delivery team, you will drive our recognizable brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers in your community and beyond. If you enjoy physically engaging work, love being outdoors, and prefer a dynamic work environment, this position is perfect for you!

• The ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state).
• Completion of a DOT physical.
• Exceptional customer service and driving skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• A commitment to UPS appearance guidelines, including wearing the provided uniform.

In this casual delivery position, drivers typically work eight to ten hours each day, and schedules may vary from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on business needs.

Note:

This is a seasonal position. Starting in a seasonal role at UPS can open the door to permanent employment, which includes an impressive total compensation package averaging $145,000 annually for full-time delivery drivers. This includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays and sick leave. UPS also contributes to a defined‑benefit pension plan for all employees.
