Entry-Level Accounting Coordinator - Job Description $20/hr-$22/hr

Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support accounts payable and provide administrative assistance. Ideal for someone starting their accounting career who is organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable (invoice entry, coding, filing)
  • Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with vendor payments and maintain records
  • Respond to vendor and internal inquiries
  • Maintain organized accounting files
  • Support data entry and basic reporting in accounting systems and Excel
  • Coordinate with departments for approvals and documentation
  • Provide general administrative and accounting support
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/AP processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment
