Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
- Prepare correspondence, reports, contracts, and property documentation
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and vendor appointments
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients, tenants, and visitors
- Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential records
- Order office supplies and coordinate facility vendors
Property & Office Support
- Assist with work order tracking and service requests
- Support invoice processing and purchase order administration
- Maintain tenant and vendor databases
- Prepare monthly reports for management
- Assist with special projects and office initiatives as needed
