This is a full‑time position with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Requirements- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to wash and clean vehicles inside and out per outlined instructions
- Ability to perform color sanding and buffing to remove imperfections and achieve a high‑quality finish
- Must be able to help with basic shop maintenance (changing light bulbs, cleaning windows, taking out trash and cardboard, etc.)
- Must keep work area clean and organized
- Must be able to fill tires with air, check oil and fluid levels
- Clean and detail vehicles to a high standard, both inside and out
- Perform color sanding and buffing on freshly painted panels and vehicles to meet quality standards
- Inspect finishes and ensure vehicles are delivered with a flawless appearance
- Assist technicians and painters with final vehicle preparation as needed
- Help with basic shop maintenance
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Previous experience in car detailing and/or color sanding and buffing in a collision repair or automotive environment preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
