We are a high-quality, patient-focused periodontics practice in San Diego. Our office is small, efficient, and professional. We value initiative, accountability, and clear communication. The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for maintaining schedule productivity, supporting case acceptance, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. You will serve as the primary in-office front office lead, working alongside a virtual assistant, third party billing group and clinical team.

• Manage a productive and accurate schedule.
• Greet patients; check in/out; collect payment.
• Answer calls, emails, and texts; schedule and confirm appointments.
• Review treatment plans, insurance estimates, and patient portions.
• Support insurance processes as needed.
• Duties may be modified based on practice needs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, patient-focused demeanor.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office.
• Comfortable with technology and office software.
• Typing speed 50+ WPM.
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented.

• Dental front office experience.
• Knowledge of periodontics and dental implants.
• Dental PPO insurance experience.
• Eaglesoft experience.
• X-ray license.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
