Senior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to develop and design high-quality learning programs and materials for training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with the training delivery team to identify learning paths and training recommendations Develop and implement skill assessment programs to evaluate training effectiveness and gather information for product enhancements Create engaging eLearning courses and ensure training tools are accurate and up to date with ongoing product releases

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design;
Master's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in technical curriculum and training program design, preferably in the software industry In-depth knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories, and the ADDIE course development model

Experience with training program development tools such as Articulate and Storyline Proven ability to design training programs that engage learners and assess their ability to apply concepts
