San Pasqual Academy is located on a beautiful 238 acres in rural San Pasqual Valley. The campus includes classrooms, an auditorium, gym, cafeteria, and sports fields. The School’s residential staff serve as surrogate parents who mentor and tutor students, teach independent living skills, and promote family‑living skills.

Pay: starting at $19.00/hr full‑time positions receive a $1,500 longevity and training bonus.

• Provide safety and around‑the‑clock in‑person supervision of youth.
• Attend to the physical, personal, and health needs of each student.
• Offer individual counseling and facilitate behavioral, social, physical, and educational skill development.
• Create an atmosphere supportive of students’ needs.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
• Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet each student’s treatment plan goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, and TB test.
• Able to pass a search of the child‑abuse central registry.

4 days per week, 10‑hour shifts.
