Do you bring out the star in your students? Our motto at Taylor Robinson Music is "Learn to Play From the Heart" and we’re looking for private music instructors who share this philosophy. We strive to make music lessons accessible and affordable, believing in the essential role of music education.

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Guitar. While we do not have a brick‑and‑mortar studio in the Escondido area, we have students needing teachers ASAP.

Lessons can occur in the student’s home, your own home or studio, or via webcam (though webinars are a small portion of our student base). We need local instructors willing to host students or travel within the Escondido area.

You will be paid as an independent contractor between $20–$30 per hour, based on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. You set your own schedule and curriculum, and we handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing.

If you are great with kids, love teaching, maintain good communication with our office, and are organized and punctual, Taylor Robinson Music might be the place. Formal music training is not mandatory, but you must have a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.
