Do you bring out the star in your students? Our motto here at Taylor Robinson Music is "Learn to Play From the Heart," and we are looking for private music instructors who share the same philosophy. We strive to make music lessons accessible and affordable for many people because music education is essential to making the world a better, happier place.

• Provide private music instruction (voice) to students in the Escondido, CA area.
• In-person lessons preferred; lessons may occur in the student’s home, in your own home or studio, or via webcam. A small percentage of requests are for webcam only.
• Host lessons locally or travel to students in the Escondido, CA area.
• Set your own schedule and develop your own curriculum/lesson plans.
• We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to support you and allow you to focus on teaching.

Independent contractor basis: $20-$30 per hour, dependent on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. You set your own schedule and pace of instruction.

• Formal music training is not mandatory, but one of the following is required: a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.
• Excellent communication with the office, good organizational skills, and reliability for all lessons.

We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio in Escondido, CA. Local instructors who can host students or travel to students are needed. Web-based lessons are possible but represent only a small portion of the student base.

Most students prefer in-person lessons. When applicable, you should wear a mask, sanitize your hands, and practice social distancing.
