QP Technologies is seeking a hands-on leader to own end-to-end molding process development and sustainment at its Escondido, CA factory. You will design, scale, and manage a high-mix, high-volume molding operation, driving quality and yield improvements across products.
You will benchmark processes, solve complex problems, and partner with suppliers while championing DFM and robust process control. A Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 7+ years in molding are required.
