Responsibilities
  • Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required.
  • Attend virtual and in-person training to enhance financial expertise.
  • Work with clients to assess financial needs and develop personalized strategies.
  • Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs.
  • Provide guidance on insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
Qualifications
  • No prior financial experience required; comprehensive training included.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Demonstrated leadership or proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial services, investment advising, or insurance
    .
  • Active licenses preferred:
    Life & Health Insurance License
    ; FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to obtain — sponsorship available).
  • Demonstrated success in:
    Client acquisition and retention
    ; Financial planning or investment strategy development
    ; Building and maintaining a book of business
    ; Strong personal/professional network with business development capability
    .
  • Business mindset with a drive to build and lead a team or practice
    .
  • High-level communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
  • Self-motivated
    , disciplined, and goal-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable using virtual meeting tools, CRM platforms, and planning software.
  • Committed to high ethical standards and client-first principles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation

$250,000 per year
