. - Active licenses preferred:
Life & Health Insurance License
; FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to obtain — sponsorship available). - Demonstrated success in:
Client acquisition and retention
; Financial planning or investment strategy development
; Building and maintaining a book of business
; Strong personal/professional network with business development capability
. - Business mindset with a drive to build and lead a team or practice
. - High-level communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
- Self-motivated
, disciplined, and goal-oriented. - Tech-savvy — comfortable using virtual meeting tools, CRM platforms, and planning software.
- Committed to high ethical standards and client-first principles.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
