• Provide guidance on insurance, investments, and retirement planning.

• Minimum2+ years of experience
  in financial services, investment advising, or insurance
• Life & Health Insurance License
• FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to obtain — sponsorship available)
• Demonstrated success in:
• Client acquisition and retention
• Financial planning or investment strategy development
• Building and maintaining a book of business
• Strong
  personal/professional network
  with business development capability
• Business mindset with a drive to
  build and lead a team or practice
• High‑level communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
• Self‑motivated
