Honda of Escondido, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Financial Services Consultant to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. The role involves helping customers understand and select the best finance, insurance, and aftermarket options for their vehicle, and processing all deals accurately to provide an excellent customer experience.

Pay is minimum wage plus commissions, with an expected range of $120,000 to $180,000 per year.

• Knowledge of current finance, insurance, and aftermarket products, with at least one year of recent dealership experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to vehicle finance calculations.

• Ensure customers receive a world‑class car‑buying experience throughout the sales journey.
• Provide expert knowledge of finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to help customers meet their needs.
• Educate and update the sales team on current finance and lease programs and the benefits of financing, insurance, and extended service plans.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations affecting new and used vehicle finance, processing deals accurately and fairly in accordance with all relevant statutes and company policies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with multiple finance and insurance sources, including manufacturers, to offer a wide range of competitive options.
