Certified Home Health Aide

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Escondido, CA, for a Certified Home Health Aide. The role involves providing personal care, and supporting their overall well‑being. Responsibilities include helping with grooming, bathing. The Certified Home Health Aide will work closely with other healthcare team members to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.

• Proficiency in Home Care and Patient Care services
• Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Experience in providing Personal Care, including safety and comfort
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Current certification as a Home Health Aide
• Knowledge of hospice care and compassion for patients and families is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and attentiveness to patient needs
