Jade Behavioral Consultants Full-Time | In-Person | Residential Setting $100,000 – $115,000 annually
At Jade Behavioral Consultants, we support children and adolescents with autism and related disorders in residential home settings. Our mission is to build independence, meaningful life skills, and long-term success through compassionate, evidence-based ABA.
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a real-life impact in a structured residential environment.
What You’ll Do- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
- Develop individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
- Embed programming into daily living routines
- Supervise and coach residential staff to ensure consistent implementation across shifts
- Provide on-site crisis support and proactive behavior reduction strategies
- Monitor data, adjust programs, and ensure measurable progress
- Collaborate with families, schools, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of BCBA experience (residential experience preferred)
- Strong skills in DTT, NET/NATS, and functional communication training
- Experience supervising staff and managing behavior in dynamic settings
