Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor their well-being;
Observe and document symptoms or changes in residents and communicate with supervisors;
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and feeding;
Administer and observe medications per the service plan and Six Rights of Medication Pass, documenting doses and refusals;
Restock and maintain medication room and cart, and assist with narcotics counting as required
