Excel Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent in California to efficiently check guests in and out, handle payments, and provide information and courteous service. You will also manage reservations, upsell rooms, and assist with night audit duties as needed.
Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of customer service experience, be able to stand for 8 hours, and possess basic computer skills including a hotel management system. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
