Overview

Our full time, onsite Uni Care Senior Human Resources Generalist is to be experienced and well rounded in all aspects of Human Resources in order to implement and execute HR processes and strategies in addition to providing support to leadership as well as all employees. Rate for this onsite salaried position is $90,000.

Responsibilities
  • Coaches and counsels leadership/staff to provide the best possible outcomes is a primary focus. Employee relations areas of support include promotions, disciplinary actions, recognitions, leaves of absences, terminations, etc....
  • Ensures employees receive all annual trainings on time.
  • Efficiently manages workflow and deadlines and makes policy recommendations to support Human Resources functions and services provided.
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal customers and external vendors; resolves issues and serves as point-of-contact for employees and leadership.
  • Reviews materials and procedures to verify compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations as they relate to policies, procedures and overall practices.
  • Timely and consistently respond to day-to-day requirements for reporting, analysis, compliance, performance management, and investigations. As needed, gather related data.
  • Identifies and implements improvements in HR effectiveness and processes.
  • All other job duties as assigned.
