Under the general direction of the Production Lead, this position performs light and heavy cleaning by operating a wash rack steam cleaner and a high‑pressure washer.

• Cleans equipment by operating wash rack steam cleaner and high pressure washer.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ensures proper operation of equipment by completing maintenance services and minor repairs; following manufacturer’s instructions.
• Determines condition of equipment by inspecting it before and after use and reporting requirements.
• Completes reports as requested by entering required information.
• Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing duties needed.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of yard experience.
• Valid Class C driver’s license with a good driving record for deliveries if required.
• Some equipment experience is a plus.
• Good communicator with strong customer‑relations skills.

Applicants may be required to pass a written and/or oral examination before being considered for employment in this position.

• Walking and moving about on foot often up and down stairs.
• Handling: handles, assists, or works with hands.
• Lifting: raises or lowers parts weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Reaching: extends hands and arms in any direction.
• Stooping: bends body downward and forward by bending at knees or waist.
• Standing: remains standing if required to perform various functions of the job.
• Vision: reads paperwork, files, and records on the computer.
• Talking: communicates by phone and in person.
• Sitting: sits at a desk for minimal periods of time.

• Noise: works in conditions with constant or intermittent noise.
• Temperature/Weather: works in a warehouse environment.
