Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor mixing equipment according to company procedures.;
Measure, weigh, and load raw materials based on batch sheets or formulas.;
Adjust mixing times, speeds, temperatures, and other parameters to achieve proper consistency and quality.;
Inspect materials for quality, contamination, and accuracy before and during mixing.;
Document all mixing activities, including lot numbers, batch records, and production logs.
