- Willingness to mentor and teach junior employees
- Leads by example, experience and knowledge.
- Clear understanding of cabinet finishes.
- Master of laminating and veneer.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- Proficient in math and geometry.
- Ability to take site measurements
- How to accurately estimate time and duration of projects.
- How to lead, guide and educate others in any situation.
