Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, shape, and bake bakery products according to recipes and production schedules;

Monitor proofing and baking times to ensure consistent product quality;
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures (GMPs, HACCP);
