We’re hiring a world-class short-form golf creator for the Why Golf App and our golf training aids . This role is about making great videos — this is not a coordinator role. If you think in hooks, pacing, and retention — keep reading.

• Personally ideate, film, edit, and post short-form videos
• Build repeatable formats that drive views and retention for Why Golf's App + golf training aids
• Ship daily content across Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts
• Create natively for each platform (you know the differences)
• Iterate quickly based on performance and audience response

• A short-form creator first — not a strategist or manager
• Obsessed with golf and social media content creation
• Strong taste and instincts for hooks, pacing, and story
• Comfortable moving quickly
• Understands golf culture and the improvement journey

• Personally created short-form content that scaled personal or brand accounts
• You've driven 100k+ views consistently with your content
• Proven ability to tap into golf trends and independently ship scroll-stopping organic content

• You're creating original, high-quality short-form golf content at scale
• The Why Golf App and training aids become a larger part of the golf conversation on across platforms

• Competitive compensation based on track record
• Remote role (US-based preferred)
