Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Neighborhood Healthcare in the search for a Senior Director of Philanthropy.
OverviewUnder the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Director of Philanthropy provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for Neighborhood Healthcare's (NH) philanthropic initiatives, including capital campaigns, endowment growth, and planned giving programs.
ResponsibilitiesThis position focuses on cultivating transformational donor relationships, mentoring the development team, and driving innovative strategies to achieve sustainable philanthropic growth. The Senior Director collaborates closely with organizational leadership, Philanthropy Council members, and community partners to strengthen Neighborhood Healthcare's presence, foster community engagement, and secure critical funding to advance the organization’s mission.

As a private, non‑profit 501(c)(3) community health organization, they serve more than 500,000 medical, dental, and behavioral health visits from nearly 100,000 people annually. Their Complex Care Resource Specialists assist patients with housing, food, transportation, employment, benefits, and other social service issues. Gaps in these basic needs can account for at least 40% of health‑related outcomes.

Neighborhood assesses all individuals for social service needs and connects them with the resources they need to be healthy and happy.
QualificationsA bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least eight years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising, advancement, or external affairs is required for this position. Experience in multi‑cultural healthcare organizations is highly desirable. Neighborhood Healthcare will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. Compensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000.
