Neighborhood Healthcare seeks a Senior Director of Philanthropy who will lead their individual giving efforts, with a focus on building a broad and sustainable base of philanthropic support through annual giving and digital fundraising strategies, mid-level giving, and individual major gift solicitations. The Senior Director will also cultivate opportunities for transformational individual philanthropy, including major gifts in support of capital campaigns, endowment growth, and planned giving.
The Senior Director is expected to be in the office at least two days per week, attend occasional evening events, and proactively initiate meetings with current and prospective donors.

As a private, non-profit 501(C) (3) community health organization, they serve more than 500,000 medical, dental, and behavioral health visits from nearly 100,000 people annually. Their Complex Care Resource Specialists assist patients with housing, food, transportation, employment, benefits, and other social service issues. At Neighborhood, they understand that gaps in these basic needs can account for at least 40% of health-related outcomes.

It is about spaces that dignify care and expand high‑impact services: medical, behavioral health, dental, women’s health, pediatrics, older adult care, prevention, whole person care, and mobile access that brings care into neighborhoods. Donors already power this work. Your leadership will help us invite more partners to become architects of access, funding the facilities and programs that will serve families for decades.
