Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care
. You will develop awareness of residents' interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care, from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreational activities. You will help create a safe environment for resident care.

• Full‑Time
• PM Shift 3 PM–11 PM
• 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule

• Pay range for Skilled Nursing: $21.00–$27.00/hr (Assisted Living or Memory Care pay varies by department)
• Shift differential for PM, NOC, and all weekend shifts
• Shift differential for extra shifts picked up
