RN - Surgery (OR) - Night Shift - Mercy San Diego

This is a benefited, full-time 12 hour Night shift RN position with a starting time of 6:00pm - 6:30am with back up Charge RN call (4 shifts). The location is at Scripps Mercy Hospital-San Diego.

This position includes an Incentive of $4K and a Relocation Incentive of $3K to eligible new hires.

Provides direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients  progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients  care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

Join our busy and close-knit Surgery Department team as a Perioperative RN. Here you will: work amongst the 10 Operating Room Suites in trauma, ortho, spine, urology, bariatric, plastics, robotics, trauma and general.

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter
