Labor & Delivery Nurse
Role:
Provide comprehensive care to women during labor and childbirth, monitor both mother and baby, assist physicians, and support families through delivery and postpartum. Prepare patients for labor stages, offer breastfeeding guidance, and ensure emotional and physical support throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
Monitor labor progress, assist with delivery procedures, coach mothers, and facilitate postpartum care.
- Minimum of 2 years recent L&D RN experience
- Active RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and likely AWHONN certifications
