Role Overview

The Community Health Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive patient care within a community-focused organization. They perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, administer treatments, and counsel patients on health maintenance and family planning. • Conduct patient assessments, physical examinations, and compile medical histories.
• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests and procedures.

• For Physician Assistants:
  Bachelor's degree, California PA license, CA DEA license, and BLS certification.
• For Nurse Practitioners:
  Master's degree in nursing, California NP and RN licenses, CA DEA license, and BLS certification.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease concepts.
• Bilingual skills preferred; strong communication with diverse populations.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment, performing diagnostic and therapeutic tasks with sound judgment.

• Role supports multiple sites, with floating between locations based on organizational needs.
• Compensation ranges from $124,100 to $191,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
