School Registered Nurse (RN) in Escondido, CA

• Active CA LVN credential
• Previous pediatric experience, ideally in a school setting
• Comfort and experience working with vents, trachs, g-tubes, or similar complex care needs
• Willingness to ride the school bus with the student and provide 1:1 support
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

• Deliver 1:1 care to a high school student with complex medical needs during the school day and bus rides
• Monitor and manage the students health conditions, responding appropriately to changes
• Collaborate with school health staff and support personnel, with supervision provided on-site
• Maintain clear communication with the school team and parents as needed
• Document care provided following school district guidelines
