Palomar Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support safe, patient-centered care in an interdisciplinary team. You will administer medications, assist with assessments, and implement nursing interventions in a rehabilitation setting.
Qualified candidates will have an LPN diploma, current state licensure, CPR/BLS, and ideally some Medical/Surgical acute care experience. IV certification is preferred or obtainable within 6 months.
